The Global Skills Accelerator Program helps new or current employees at companies with IBM Z shops gain the expertise they need to become Mainframe Systems Administrators and Application Developers. The Program offers 300+ hours of learning, on-the-job training, mentoring, and success coaching. The Global Skills Accelerator has already helped more than 100 companies fortify their IBM Z workforce.

Learn & Grow
Companies that use IBM Z can take advantage of the Program and enroll new hires in the New to Z user group. The Global Skills Accelerator has trained 805 learners, graduated 300+ students, and served 146 employers in 33 countries.
